Dr Janine Clarke is a Clinical Psychologist who specialises in helping people create lives that are vital and meaningful, while at the same time effectively handling the distress that 21st Century living inevitably brings.
Over the past 20 years, she has worked in a range of settings helping people cope with a wide variety of challenging, painful and stressful life experiences. Extensively trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Janine works to assist her clients to clarify what is important to them, identify obstacles and barriers to meaningful living, respond more effectively to difficult thoughts and feelings, mindfully attend to the present and choose to do what matters.
Janine currently works in private practice at Mend Psychology in Oatley, and The Sydney ACT Centre in Sydney’s CBD.
