Jim was 17 when he first represented Scotland at youth level in the British Cross-Country Championships and has enjoyed success winning many fun runs and state titles from 1500m to the marathon.
Jim is an experienced Level 4 accredited Athletics Coach with Athletics Australia and has been coaching for the last 14 years, looking after a wide range of runners from beginners right through to the elite, enjoying sharing many successes with them along the way.
From an early age Jim demonstrated an innate desire to help other runners on their fitness journey and now imparts his knowledge through JORG Fitness.
JORG Fitness offers a variety of training sessions and programs with something to suit everyone, including; running sessions, fitness sessions, event programs, corporate programs, training programs, online coaching and training camps.
JORG Fitness launched the Up and Running Training program series which has helped many runners all over Australia improve their performance. The JORG team have also been instrumental in coaching Harry Summers, the current winner of the City2Surf for two consecutive years.
