Reconnecting with Life after Loss
Join Love You Sydney Ambassador, Dr Janine Clarke, for an informal chat about Reconnecting with Life after Loss. Janine will cover such topics as the myths of “moving on”, the healing power of sadness and grief, the benefits of gratitude, the importance of vulnerability, being brave and living with hope, and how to regain a sense of self and self-purpose by committing to what matters and building a life that makes you proud.
Janine’s style is empathic, compassionate and interactive. There will be lots of opportunity for discussion, including the chance to identify issues for discussion in future workshops.
